• Community pool access is provided and managed through a third party. Host is not liable for amenity availability, maintenance, downtime, or pool closures under any circumstances.

• While some community amenities in Big Canoe are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.

9 of us stayed for a siblings trip and loved our stay. The view is amazing and the house has everything you need. Our only criticism would be to have a full size fridge on the bottom floor. The pool is a little small but got the job done!

The home is beautiful. The main floor view is amazing. The theater room on the lower floor was fun. Everyone that was invited cancelled so it was just two of us, we decided to keep the booking with zerro regrets about that, we enjoyed having the house all to ourselves. It became a romantic weekend for two.

Amazing home. Some issues with check out
The home was beautiful. The home was actually more gorgeous than we expected. The house was very spacious and had a lot of things for us to utilize in the kitchen. The home did take some time to warm up, but that was fine due to the house being so big, I would definitely recommend staying here. However, we did have some issues with our check out. in the home there was a touch screen where we could request late check out for an extra $75. The money was immediately taken out of my account and I was told to wait for an approval. Due to it being the day before I check out I called the company (Georgia Cabins for You?). When I spoke with the representative, I was told that there was no request on their end and they did not receive a payment. I was told that we would need to leave the premises by 11 AM the next day. I inquired about whether or not I would get my money back and I was told that because there was no request found in the system they could not do anything for me. The following morning I called back again and had a similar experience. I was told that they would reach back out to me. After calling again at 10 AM, one hour before expected check out I was able to speak with a manager. The manager validated me and I sent over all the documents I had stating that my request had been approved that morning at 6:55 AM and I also sent over a copy of my bank statement with the money taken out. The manager was very understanding and noted that because of my proof there was no way legally they could kick me out of the house. The manager did follow back up and apologize for the inconvenience. She told me that there was some mixup in the location that receive the request excepted it without letting them now. We were able to do the late check out however, it was a headache to get in contact with the other offices. Outside of that everything was great and VRBO did a great job.

Relaxing weekend in Grayson Manor
The weekend get-a-way was all we had hoped for. It was truly a retreat in which we had time to talk and engage in the amenities. If you are looking for a relaxing, healthy weekend do think of Grayson Manor. It is large enough to bring a critical number of friends and relatives. We had a truly wonderful time!
