Perfectly adequate hotel with very nice staff for a reasonable price. Just stayed one night after a late arrival. The room needs upgraded (run down furniture) but the bathroom seemed recently removed.

Inexpensive location to visit Bilbao. Transportation is a 20 min bus ride to downtown. Staff were helpful with directions and special requests. The room was tired and not well cleaned. Furniture was scuffed, fridge did not work and dust was on all the trim.

We stayed only for about 8hrs to sleep for an early flight 6:30am, unfortunately we were unable to sleep due to the number of young students making lots of noise during late hours!! Our stay was very uncomfortable 😕
