Lovely staff but the hotel is looking quite tired and would benefit from refurbishment. The third/bunk bed is really only suitable for children. My 16 year old son said it was like sleeping in a coffin. Though clean, my own bed smelt a little and the sheets were ripped. I think many people have smoked in the room, despite the hotel’s no smoking policy.

The Hotel is excellent for a budget Hotel, staff very friendly, there english is very good, very handy if you're going to the port as its only 20 minutes away, the only downside is, is not very easy to find, it even confused the Sat Nav, my advise when you get lost (and you will) is reset you're Sat Nav and it will take you straight there, apart from that i would definitely recommend it

Hôtel bien situé, facile d'accès. Accueil professionnel. Chambre propre. Petit-déjeuner au bon rapport qualité-prix. Parking gratuit aisé autour de l'établissement. L'insonorisation intérieur est à améliorer !

vous avez facture la chambre 103 Euros avec petit déjeuner compris comme indiqué sur sur site, refus de l'hotel de me donner le petit déjeuner, car il me dit en que l'ai payé 80 Euros la chambre en me donnant ma facture d'hotel. Vous avez sous traité avec Hotelbeds et pris une commission de 24 pour cent sur ma facture, c'est du vol. J'ai donc payé plus cher que la normal, chambre affiché a 89 E , moi je paie 103,et je n'ai pas eu de petit déjeuner promis sur réservation. Dernière reservation avec Expedia. Plus de savon dans salle de bain, pas de clim, 30 degré dans la chambre, et en plus ibis Bibao, c'est faux, cet hotel est a10 Kms de Bilbao, et pour y arriver, vous etes pratiquement obligé de prendre l'autoroute payante.

La empresa por la que lo contraté que se llama EXPEDIA y no tiene ni formalidad ni seriedad . Después de tenerme 2 horas al teléfono por haber contratado con desayuno y no tenerlo al llegar al hotel se rieron de mi las personas que tienen para recamaciones,se ve que les dan igual los clientes, no volveré a contratar con ellos ellos ni un paseo en bicicleta, me da pena EXPEDiA con esa política, pero mucha pena,no se puede ir por la vida engañando a la gente ,a veces es bueno saber rectificar y pedir disculpas.A algún responsable de Expedia que le pueda interesar, por favor si no hay una disculpa no volváis a mandarme ningún correo, puedo vivir sin vosotros hay más empresas de viajes y con mejor forma de tratar a los clientes.Hasta nunca INFORMALES
