Das mändliche Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilsbereit. Das weibliche Personal von oben herab. ( Ich bin ein alter Mann), gleichgültig und nicht hilfsbereit, eher nach dem Moto,egal, Hatte ein Problem mit dem Reservierten Parkplatz. Wurde vom Herren perfekt gelöst, von der Dame gar nicht. Es fehlte in den WC die Bürsten für die WC reinigung. Sonst ok.

Cons: Le petit déjeuner
L'h^tel est un peu éloigné par rapport au centre de Bilbao, mais les moyens de transports sont bons. Donc pas de problème, Mieux : il est au calme et joui d'une belle situations
