After riding in a car for 5 hours, wanted to relax in the hot tub. It was late afternoon and the water wasn’t hot. It was lukewarm. Other guests said the heat was just turned on after complaining. Maybe the heating unit should be turned on earlier.

Thos property was the cleanest in the area. The staff at everyplace we visited inside the casino was friendly, helpful and very nice!

Not impressed. Paid paid for a king bed with a gulf view. First room had two smaller beds. Went back to the desk and told them it was the wrong room. Next room had a king bed but overlooking the roads and buildings instead. I paid extra and in advance for the room I wanted and they didn't deliver.

Bad shower experience
The shower was new but it did not drain. My husband is handicapped so we took a walk in shower. However the water from the shower came out into the floor. So my husband could not use it after me. It was pretty but not functional.

We had 2 rooms - we requested to be close to the elevators and near each other. We were told they would "note the reservations". Upon arrival we were told - suites are only (1) per floor and NOT close to elevators. My mom is unable to walk long distances. They didn't care. Our bathroom had ants - we requested they come clean/bleach the sinks, we were told they would send someone. They didn't. Then I was told no other suites were available & to call the next day. Next day - I was told they can't use chemicals in an occupied room - and that we could relocate to a different suite. We didn't want to relocate - just CLEAN our sinks! MY mom was in a suite on a different floor - THEY ALSO HAD ANTS!!!

Getaway at Beau Rivage
Our stay at Beau Rivage was totally delightful. The room was attractive and pristinely clean. The food was amazing. We had one dinner and one lunch there and both were superior. I would recommend this place to anyone. We did not use the casino, so I won't comment on that part.
