First, there were lights out in my room. I was moved to another room. Lamps needed bulbs. Floors were filthy. On the good side, breakfast offerings were good. Good coffee. Tables and chairs outside in front of building were nice to have.

The entire property is very out dated. Hallway floors were dirty. Inside the room there were huge stains on the curtains and ceiling. The floors were really dirty. Baseboards old and dirty and falling apart. No updated USB plug ins anywhere. TV looked like it has been cleaned with dirty water. AC unit covered in hair and dust. Toilet seat falling off. Bright spots...the tub was very clean and towels and sheets seemed fresh. Check in and out was super quick and easy. Great close up parking.

Our room was clean and well appointed. Bed comfortable. A few loud neighbors, but overall was a good stay. Though the property is across the street from the beach, it felt just a little bit seedy. Perhaps an upgrade on the exterior, and landscaping would help that. But we enjoyed our stay, and the added bonus of breakfast, always a treat. We would probably stay here again.

From the moment we walked in to the time we checked out, the staff was helpful, attentive and friendly. We never needed anything that was not provided quickly. The facilities are right across the road from several dining options that are right on the beach.
