Don't know how much can be blamed on the fact that there was a hurricane coming ashore a few miles west, but there definately were issues. Toilet in room was not flushed, carpet need a vacuuming. Only things open were the casino, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and room service. Even the namesake Hard Rock Cafe was closed due to the hurricane. If I was to go back to biloxi, I'd probably try another hotel/casino.

Everything was okay except for the view. I paid extra to have a room with a view of what I thought was supposed to be ocean view. Instead, it was the pool, the parking lot, the building next door and a very slight glimpse of the water. Very disappointed with this situation and as a result I have no desire to visit the hotel and casino again.

Did not like the fact that house keeping did not come in and straighten up the room and resupply the items we used on a daily basis. Also didn't have a microwave in our. Which meant that if we wanted a hot meal it was room service $$ 0r one of their restaurants.

We love Hard Rick hotels usually but this one is a bit tired. The slots were not great, none of our favorite machines and the staff is okay. Not rude just not great. Our TV didn’t work. He fixed our TV but the remote didn’t work he was going to bring a new remote and never did. I’m not there for TV so it’s livable but not great.

We stayed in room 817 and the room was great until our 2nd night. The guests that moved into 819 beside us had a dog. He started barking about 6:30pm and continued until about 10:30-11pm. I understand people want to take dogs with them everywhere but maybe the hotel should consider putting guests with animals in a designated area - like on ONE end of the hallway.
