The staff was great…check-in was smooth and easy and they were very friendly. The staff at the outdoor play area was nice and friendly to the kiddos. The facility needs upkeep. It’s just dirty. We were there for a one night stay and none of us would shower. The bathroom was nasty, there were crumbs and debris around the corners of the bed. It was just a little gross. But the beds were comfy, the kids slept well, and they had fun!

I enjoyed the waterpark and the theme park, also the arcade. The restaurants were great also. Loved my room with the balcony; had a fantastic view of the harbor and the ocean!

It’s a great place when traveling with kids. Lazy river/mini water park, arcade room and mini amusement park with full size Ferris wheel. The pet dander had my allergies flaring up. They need to designate certain room for people with pets or do a better job of deep cleaning after a previous guest that had pets. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything in the next room. They sounded as if they were in the room with me. They need to do a better job with sound proofing the doors of the connecting rooms. I could see the other guest walking in their room. Other than that it was an ok stay.

The room was so dark and the bathroom lighting was horrible. No soap, half a roll of toilet paper when we arrived. Screaming kid next door. Our 1 lamp’s bulb blew, but maintenance arrived quickly and fixed it. Safe didn’t lock. The overall hotel experience and staff was was fine. Shower floor needed a good scrubbing.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was filthy. The floor in the bathroom was sticky and had pieces of toilet paper on the floor. The towels had holes in them. The nightstand had something spilled on it and was sticky. There was something splattered on the headboard and the bed smelled. The floors in general were dirty and there was thick dust on the lamps. The air conditioner blew right in your face if you laid on the bed. It was a horrible experience, and we left in the middle of the night. It was better to just sleep in the car.
