On one of the coldest weeks of the year, this hotel has their shower faucets set to only give luke warm water. They claimed it was a known "new water heater issue with some rooms", but the sink had blazing hot water. And if it was known, they should get it fixed and not rent those rooms until it is fixed. Washcloth was also visibly stained. Requested a discount for the miserable experience and was told the manager would contact me but never did. Sucha. disappointment.
