Never staying here again!

Horrible experience. I reserved a Non-smoking room, as soon as we entered the room, the nicotine smell was nauseating. We were so exhausted that we literally went straight to bed. We had to sleep with our nose cover. Sink was dripping all night and it was clogged! We did not use the shower, we were scared to even use it. There was a colorful towel hanging on the back of the door. We went to visit our kid to university so spent all day out. When back to the hotel I asked to be changed to another room. Second option was as bad as first room, the third option was better at least no smell. We were able to shower and slept at least to drive back home, beds are very uncomfortable, I will never come back to this hotel nor would I recommend it to my worst enemy. They offered to give me a credit back but I haven’t received it yet, at this point I don’t care about the money but the experience. It was horrible!!!

The price was reasonable for the property. The management keeps room tidy and clean. AC was very cold. Some guests were smoking cannibas outside of rooms when I checked in. Didn’t like that. No blow dryer in room, they have at front desk to borrow. Exterior if Property brightly lit which was good. Location was convenient with Wegmans nearby, close to highway and access to University. The outside of property itself needs updating like the steps to second floor.

Nice place to stay. Standard room was clean and Comfortable. i liked my stay. Only negative thing is people smoking weed in the premises. Otherwise all good. i will recommend this place if you r in Binghamton/JC

Good economy hotel. Room was clean , some damage to one of the walls and the bath tub had seen better days , but typical of this type of hotel. I slept well

Awful place!!!

Awful. The corridors (which are outside) reek of marijuana smoke. Men were hanging out outside their rooms drinking. As a woman staying alone with my teenage son, I felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. And then at 5:00 AM we were woken up by loud music and ridiculously loud talking. So we just checked out and left. Stay somewhere else, this place is horrendous.
