Comfortable, clean stay with great staff team.
Excellent and attentive staff team, lovely air conditioned room with spacious and light bathroom. Shower was especially good! Busy at breakfast but fully stocked buffet, good selection, and clean restaurant areas. Would stay again. (Easy 10-15 minute walk to Bullring too)

think twice before use this place
There was only 2 tea bags and 2 milk portion in our room...so we asked for some more waited 4omin and called back down again and some one brought some up...then 2 hours later someone else brought some up... the temp of the room wouldn't warm up...like if I called again I think it take 2 hours to come up and have a look.. first time we have been to this hotel I have to think hard if I every use this place again

Aloft Birmingham
Aloft Birmingham was great. On arrive I was greeted by Alex who was exceptional. I had an issue with the TV in my room and he sorted out the issue very quickly. The staff here are very friendly. I’ve stayed in Aloft-London Excel and the reception from the staff was no where near as good as it was in Birmingham. I will definitely be back!

Remarkable Stay
Had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and I am passionate to say that it was a an amazing and one of the most comfortable stay. Beautifully decorated, spacious, super clean and outstanding staff specially the gentleman at the reception called “Eric”. Very helpful, polite and great manners. Definitely a great asset to the team and for the hotel.
