I was disappointed that I was charged for gratuity I was on there for 8 hours. I didn’t ask for anything nor did I ask for assistance in carrying my overnight bag, did not eat the continental breakfast.

Our room was big and spacious! Clean as a whistle and the staff was EXCELLENT! The front desk staff at check in and throughout the stay was the friendliest I have ever seen! This is my second stay here and I highly recommend it. The Bistro food was good.

I had surgery on a Monday so we came in on Sunday and stayed at The Courtyard. We had dinner at The Bistro downstairs and was able to walk across to hospital for 5:00am admittance.

Staff is great hotel needs some sprucing up. It’s awfully noisy at night Outside the hotel, lots of people meandering at all hours of the day and night. Bed was well used and slightly uncomfortable.

I liked the property because the hospital, parking and dining options were in one area and was easy to access. I parked my vehicle in the garage and walked to the other areas that I needed. Everything was within walking distance…..LIKE RIGHT IN YOUR FACE CLOSE. Tracy that works at the Bistro inside the hotel is super nice and she was by far my favorite staff member.
