Great spot!
The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location with nearby amenities. Check in was smooth and host was quick with communications. The wifi was not working when we arrived, but host was notified and had it up and running in no time.

Perfect for our group of 6
Very nice,cozy, clean place! Good location within walking distance to food, coffee shop etc. This place is ideal for a family or 2 separate couples. Rooftop is a cool bonus hangout area! Recommend staying here!
The property was unique and beautiful, close to food and bars but very quiet. We had one small maintenance issue which was resolved very quickly. We were extremely happy with our stay.

Cute and comfortable stay
The property was very clean and included everything to make our stay enjoyable. We loved having plenty of fresh towels and linens. The set up of two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for my husband, myself, and two teens. We also loved the table top games on the first and third floor. We couldn’t help trying them out every time we passed them. We enjoyed the free, safe, and close parking. We were visiting UAB and were able to get to restaurants and shops as well as the university all under within 10 minutes of the property. The beds were super comfortable and the rooftop view and seating area was nice to visit. The host was very nice and helped with any questions we had.

Long weekend in a new city
Kenneth was a great host. The property was really clean and met our needs. We did have an issue with no hot water and wifi initially but it seems that power outages are common and we had to reset the breaker. The location is fine but needed to use Uber quite a bit to see the recommended areas of Birmingham. Good trip overall.

Perfect for family of 5
The location of this property was so great that we didn't have to rent a car & therefore saved a lot of money! It was a 5 minute walk to a local coffee/pastry shop, 15 minute walk to a Publix grocery store, and an easy stroll to many delicious dining places in the area. The property itself was immaculate. We really enjoyed the huge walk-in closets and the large bathrooms & showers as well. Bathrooms were stocked with an abundance of various sized towels, and my daughter & I were happy to find a hair dryer on site too.
There are 3 beds and they were all comfortable with soft bedding/sheets. The owner responded quickly to my questions which was much appreciated too. Thank you for adding to our wonderful memories in Birmingham!
