Easy to find. Plenty of Parking spaces available in the front and rear the building. Very close to the town center. Big room with very clean and nice bathroom. Nice breakfast area. I will come back.

Brilliant small hotel near to the city centre of B

What a lively little girl, cheaper than the big chains and the atmosphere was much nicer. Large room with all the required items and staff who went out of their way to help. Free parking and WiFi as well. Average cost of taxi to the city centre was approx £6 so very affordable and a lot cheaper than staying nearer and passing for parking. Evening entertainment was provided in the bar area although we were going out so didn't really get chance to say how it was Breakfast in the morning was comprehensive and amply filled even the biggest stomachs. Good choice to cater for all from cereals and fruit salad to the full English with fresh coffee or tea brought to the table asking with your choice of toast. None of that making your own rubbish. We're definitely looking at going back when we're doing at Xmas and attending the bike show at the NEC as it was only 15 miles away.

Wowed beyond my expectation

When I scanned through the possible places I can stay I thought of Eaton as one of the ordinary corner rest houses around. I was wowed beyond my expectations. Great hotel at a very reasonable price

Nice hotel just outside city centre

Pros: Breakfast, quiet location easy to get to, friendly staff.
Cons: The room could have felt more cosy, the shower head definitely needs sorting out the water goes everywhere.
Location: Close enough to walk to city centre takes approx twenty minutes.
Clean, comfortable, ideal for a one night stay which is what we booked. We stayed in room 215 which was quite chilly due to the fact that there is a draught from the window. I asked for an extra blanket which was provided promptly. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very amenable.
