This is a lovely hotel, in an ideal location for visiting the University of Birmingham Received a warm welcome & all the staff were friendly & helpful. Well appointed room (upgraded to a suite) with high end facilities. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Edgbaston Hotel and Conference Centre, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure every guest felt comfortable and well looked after. From the moment I arrived, it was evident how much care and pride goes into maintaining the centre—everything was spotlessly clean and immaculately organised. My room was not only spacious and well-designed, but also prepared with such attention to detail that it felt like a home away from home. I had my breakfast at the hotel which was sumptuously presented. What stood out to me the most, however, was the diverse and welcoming team. As someone from a Commonwealth country, it was both heart-warming and inspiring to see staff from so many Commonwealth backgrounds. It felt like a true representation of our global community, and I felt a genuine connection with them. It made my stay all the more memorable to see people I consider my brothers and sisters excelling and representing us so positively. Overall, I would highly recommend the Edgbaston Hotel and Conference Centre to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you to the team for such a warm and memorable experience!

Nice and clean. The only thing that stood out to me was the bartender chewing gum and my cold potstickers. Ones the toilet seat in the room was very loose and the shower mat was way to big for the shower. But other than that great.

A cosy little oasis
A cosy little oasis in Edgbaston. Great for the Cricket ground and attending a gala dinner at The H Suite. Modern decor and bsng in the middle of the University complex. Great staff, good food and a good place to rest. Second time here and will be back again.
