Property is as beautiful as pictures online. Tone for our stay was set by the warm reception we received from the friendly employee at the check in counter. Enjoyed the mall & large selection of restaurant choices within minutes of the property.

Good hotel for short stay.
The lady working the desk was very friendly! Great customer service. The rooms air conditioner seemed to only have 2 settings - hell & Antarctica but didn’t bother us enough to do anything about it.

Ive stayed there many times in the past and enjoyed my stay. However, this time the matress in my room was indented and lumpy from wear. I didn't sleep well because of the horrible matress. In the morning, when I politely told them about how uncomfortable I was and that it interfered with my sleep the response I received was unsatisfactory. The person on duty told me that all of the mattresses were like that and offered no resolution for the issue except for an extra blanket tp put in the indention. However, when I arrived back to the hotel at 9 pm the lady on duty did give me a different room. The matress in that room was better, but just okay. I wont stay there again.

We stayed over thr holiday weekend. The hotel was full but our room was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast is the standard fare. We noticed our room did not have a closet. Not an issue for us but something to be aware of you have a garment you want to hang up. The hotel is near I-20 and close to lots of restaurants and a shopping. I would recommend this hotel.

The wonderful lady that checked us in and let us get in the room early was awesome. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was substandard. 1. The hotel did not have coffee in the lobby, which seems rather odd. 2. I asked to use a conference room or business center to take a test and I was told that unless I rent the room I am not allowed in it. The manager then proceeds to lock the room in insure that I didn't go in there. 3. The eggs at the breakfast bar had an odd taste that was unpleasant to say the least. This is the first bad experience that I have had at a Hampton Inn & Suites and I will not consider this location for future stays.

This property is fair but not the usual high quality for Hampton Suites. The access to the property and parking was not the best. The room was missing some amenities that we have come to expect. The breakfast was good but not great - the options were limited.
