Decent for the price we paid. Breakfast was great. Room on the small side and the aircon in the room needed a service as we all started coughing when it was on. The windows cannot be opened, so we ended up with stale air.

Walking distance to the nec , pub next door, bed was uncomfortable for us ( to hard ) , a/c unit in room was faulty, wouldn't turn off one minute it was hot next kicking out cold and very noisy , rang reception at 11.15pm ish was told someone would come to room to look at it, the issue with the a/c unfortunately didn't get resolved

Very basic hotel that requires a little updating. The room smelt damp and was cold as the window handles were broke so couldn’t close the window. Also the bins were bein collected at early morning 2am and woke me up.

Room was fine, very spacious, my only issue was that I waited over an hour for my food in the restaurant and this was only because I mention it to the staff that I had been waiting that long, I was offered a free beverage due to the wait.
