Fabulous stay at hotel, arrived in on an early flight to Birmingham and 10am at hotel, they had a room ready straight away this was great after such early start. Room was very modern and super clean, very comfortable very relaxed atmosphere.

The bathroom was so cold to the point my friend didn’t shower and there were stains on the curtain and bed. We also feel that the management didn’t do a lot to sort this out for us. We feel there are better options to stay on broad street.

Lovely Hotel
Lovely stay! Clean, lovely bathroom, good sized family room. Beautiful bar area and lots of great common space. Staff were friendly! Jamila in particular was very helpful! Parking costs £16 for 24 hours

We booked an executive room for a one-night stay and were left feeling underwhelmed. Our room was smaller than one of the regular rooms and they shower pressure was quite weak. Furthermore, even though we booked well in advance we were given a room right next to a laundry room which went on all night long leaving me quite sleepless. Also, the bar staff took 25 minutes to make two drinks as one of the barmen was inexperienced but in hindsight I would have just asked for a pint instead of an old fashioned. I wouldn’t have rated this hotel this low but did not think that they did the basic things correctly which is a shame.

Very good hotel and very clean . The young lady was very welcoming and very helpful her name was Taran real asset to the company. Next time we are in Birmingham we use this hotel for sure .

We stayed at the Leonardo for one night in order to go see a show at Symphony Hall. We needed somewhere that was convenient, with parking and easy to drive to. We got all that and more. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and our rooms were overall very lovely.
