Rough neighborhood & bad communication
The house beside of us was burn/worn down and everything nearby pretty much is too. The gas stations and stores nearby are unreliable & felt unsafe to go at certain times. When I walked in, the alarm wouldn’t stop screaming after multiple times of putting the code. I called the host and she was being difficult. She told me to let her hear the alarm and that she couldn’t hear it going off when it was so loud it left my ears ringing for a couple of minutes. When I told her how frustrated I was she hung up on me. I called her back, she answers then she told me to send her a video of the code I’m putting in. I’m so annoyed of the alarm at this point and then after continuously putting the code in it randomly stopped. She didn’t help me because I never her sent that video. When we come in there is food and stains on the living room rug and floor. All of her plates, forks/spoons, were dirty, I had to re wash them. The bed sheets and pillows also had stains. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, my neck still hurts from sleeping on it. Her kitchenware was cheap I wouldn’t recommend it for cooking. My family and I had thanksgiving there this year and it took me so much longer to cook dinner because of her blender/pots/pans/knives/scissors was so cheap they felt from dollar tree.I went out and bought new ones but if I would’ve known I would’ve brought mine from home. Lastly, I’d like to say that if your staying in that area and want to get an Uber, don’t, it was unsafe.

Very nice!
The house was very nice and had everything we needed. Very quiet and super comfortable beds. Plushy was an amazing host and was able to answer any questions that we had very quickly. The $210 cleaning fee was a little out of proportion with everything that was asked to do at check out. But, the cheaper nightly rate made up for it. Overall, it was a great experience! Thank you!
