Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Delayed checkin because sprior customer's purchase was not bar coded in computer software. waited 13 minutes to be greeted.
Confirmed reservation w/Expedia was not in 'their computer. Finally was asked to resubmit CC for incidentals(not reqd with Expedia or ANY booking online). Their computer did not process. When submitted a second time...computer froze. Desk clerk projected their inefficiencies and frustration when talking to the manager because we were hoping that a savvy business decision would be to apologize and allow us to go to our room after a nine hour trip as we had been at front desk for 27 minutes from the time we entered the building and as seniors ...would not be trashing the room . But that did not happen.
The room was fair at best B-/C with a broken remote, no, DoNotDisturb sign,no tissues, no paper towels but most importantly...the room smelled like a zoo! Carpet needs to be replaced not powdered and vacuumed. . Common sense, improvising and expediency are three ideas that come to mind. Very disappointed!
