We stayed here for one night for my friends reception party. I was beyond showed to see this hotel being rated 2 Stars! I have stayed in some 4-5 Star hotels which were million times below Staybridge. Such an amazing concept of this hotel, perfect place for someone who stays away from home for long period of time. Would definitely stay there again… just make sure you test your shower before you get in.. it does get HOT! Real HOT.. 🙂

Such a gorgeous and modern apartment hotel! Perfect location in central Birmingham yet hidden away! Very good amenities, lovely staff, the room was very spacious and genuinely can’t fault a thing! Will definitely stay again :)

Outstanding hospitality and service

The best customer service we have experienced and the place is immaculate. It also says dog friendly but that doesn't do it justice. The girls made us all very welcome and even bought our pooch a teddy and some treats as a gift when we left, safe to say he made a lot of friends. Cleanliness standards are fantastic, breakfast is top quality and has a great choice and the rooms make for a comfortable stay. We travel to Birmingham every year and will be staying here from now on.
