No breakfast provided even though it was paid for
Hotel was lovely looking and the room was nice too. However, we paid a rate that was supposed to include breakfast. When we went down for breakfast we were told that the chef wasn’t in work that day so the only things available was panini or toasties out of the coffee room. The food looked like it had been there for ages and I paid for an actual breakfast. We weren’t told there was no chef until we went down for the meal. I feel we should have been charged less as at no point were we told that breakfast was no longer an option. We ended up finding a local cafe for breakfast.

Hotel was easy to find. All staff were friendly and very helpful. We were returning late in evening and night staff was prompt in letting us in. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Would definitely use again

Such a lovely stay for one night here. The lady on Reception couldn’t do enough for me after I explained I was having a quiet night away for one. The staff member offered to move my room to the back of the building to make things quieter for me and took the time to explain all amenities in my room. She was warm and approachable which made for a much more positive guest experience. Will definitely return again in the future.
