Warren is a quiet neighborhood for sleeping and only a 3 mile/8 minute drive to Old Bisbee.

Single story mid century "farm" house with no stairs inside or out.

Well lit carport parking and driveway.

Central AC and gas heat- no window/wall units or space heaters.

No on site host or pets. Not a shared space.

We are rated 5 stars for cleanliness/communication/check in/accuracy

Good for a couple/2 individuals/or a couple w/ 1-2 small children.

The space

2019 Historic home tour house built in 1959. Mid century house with mid century furnishings and decor, original oak floors, pink tile vintage kitchen, recently remodeled bathroom & exterior- roof/doors/windows/paint, central AC & gas heat, ceiling fans.

Penna. Dutch experience in Bisbee AZ. House, carport, and shed look a farmhouse, covered bridge, and barn with Hex signs. Decor includes fun items from southeast PA. All guests receive a bag pretzels.

GREAT ROOM- combo living/dining, sofa, 3 chairs, 4 dining chairs, snack tray tables, bar cart, 55” smart TV- please use your own logins and don’t forget to log out, DVD player, record player, books, games.

KITCHEN- UPDATE AS OF 10/14/24-TINY WALL OVEN IS NOT WORKING, too old to get parts, and not replacing as it was seldom used by guests or us. Instead, please use Jenn Air cooktop, outdoor gas grill, microwave, big boss air fryer, crock pot, multi cooker, or toaster. French door refrigerator, Kitchen Aid D/W, Calphalon cookware, Zwilling knives, waffle maker, electric can opener, blender, popcorn maker, wok, cast iron Dutch oven, pizza stone/peel/wheel, coffee cart- Mr Coffee & Keurig, all kinds of dishes, glasses, utensils, food prep & storage including consumable paper & plastic products, spices, oil/vinegar, coffee/tea/hot chocolate, condiments, cleaning products.

BEDROOMS- Rare for Bisbee- King size bed. Both bedrooms have extra sheets/blankets/pillows, 2 robes, & blackout curtains.

BATHROOM- recently remodeled farmhouse style, complimentary essential toiletries, hair dryer*, shower tub combo with grab bars & portable shower stool, squatty potty, plenty of towels, cleaning products. *outlets & usb ports in vanity on right side. Light switch must be ON for outlets to work.

LAUNDRY- Large capacity Samsung washer/dryer, detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, bleach, iron/board, clothes line.

OUTDOOR- Fenced yard with gas grill, umbrella tables, high top table, lounge chair, bird feeders, fire pit.

PARKING- 1 carport, 1-2 in driveway, 1 street in front of house. Good for trucks with ATV trailers, motorcycles, or small RV. You won’t find parking like this in Old Bisbee.

Guest access

Guests have use of entire house- kitchen, living/dining, two bedrooms, main bath, laundry, and yard- all except owner's suite which is locked.

King size room is dog free all the time, but full size room is not so if you are allergic to dogs, you dont want to sleep in full room.

Service dogs allowed fee free with proper credentials. *Update as of 8/1/18 AZ defines a service dog as a dog that performs a task for a disabled person not an emotional support animal.

Constantly updated visitors guide. Bocce balls in hall closet for use at Vista Park.

What does this mean for hosts?

Hosts have to pay $250 per year to be licensed and inspected, are subject to hefty fines ($500, $1000, $3500) and a three strike you’re out rule, in addition to the following requirements:

What does this mean for guests?

Although we cannot allow over the max occupancy of 4 guests/visitors whether staying overnight or not, you can rest assured you are staying in a fully licensed, insured, safe space. Before booking, ask the host whether they are licensed by the city of Bisbee, what their main heat source is, if they have CO2/smoke alarms/fire extinguishers, & most importantly read the reviews!

Bisbee MCM Home
We enjoyed our stay! This cute home is located a couple of miles from downtown Bisbee, but is very easy to drive to. No parking hassles and no stairs. Dawn is a great host and has everything set up perfectly!

Weekend Car Show
My wife and I drove our vintage car to Bisbee for a vintage car show and stayed at this lovely home. It exceeded our expectations in many ways. The home is immaculately clean and charming. The host has it very well stocked with everything you need. And the location is perfect for exploring southern Arizona.

We had a wonderful stay. We unfortunately had leave earlier then enticipated but we hope to vista again soon. The house is very cozy and private. We where in town to vist family, friends and for a hs reunion. It served my wife and I as a rest a relaxing getaway from our busy schedule, we absolutely loved it. Thanks for everything dawn!

I really enjoyed this lovely home. Dawn is meticulous, the house was clean and well equipped in the kitchen. We sat out on the back patio and ate dinner. It was quiet and the view of the park was nice. I will come back again.
