The Den is set between the two villages of Wolsingham and Frosterley with local amenities including Pubs, Restaurants, Cafes on offer, while there are multiple local walks to enjoy and many other activities.
Located just off the A689, the venue has excellent links to Durham, Newcastle, Darlington and the local town of Bishop Auckland. A train line runs from Stanhope through to Bishop Auckland and stops at the local villages of Frosterley and Wolsingham, it is accessible from the local Caravan Park station just outside the main access to the estate.

Absolutely excellent
We booked this property for a group of friends to have a weekend away. It was excellent!! just what we needed. Plenty of beds, airy, lovely views. And David was so easygoing and helpful with all our different questions. Best place!!! We're looking forward to booking The Den again!! Thank you David!! We really appreciate everything you did!
