I spent 3 months ago made revisions for my 2 nd for three days in a row when on my arrivals I was ready for a three in the honeymoon suit for three days but that dream with up in smoke because we did not get or could ever to save money thank God we save up for a 1st we had 6 kids by then two for after 2 mor check the box bookingjíj

Front desk staff are not quite nice..somewhat grumpy. Maybe because it's almost the end of the day and it's quite busy because of the event in the area..I don't know maybe it's just me.

Carpet stained, arm of chair had dried liquid on it. Hotel was dated. Check in was not friendly. Bathroom was small. Bike in fitness center would not adjust, elliptical was unsteady.

Bed is very comfy. Pillows were good. Plenty of hot water and water pressure even on the fifth floor. Towels are small but there was an extra so I just used two. Room is a good size with a comfy chair. Hot tub was extra large and just the right temperature. Pool looked clean. Plenty of pool towels. Breakfast area looked good. Handicap parking was minimal no handicap access to hot tub.

When we arrived, they checked us in early, which was nice. Got to the room. Had wet carpets the next morning smelt like animals urine after dried …. Gentleman called me while I was at work to tell me to come get my service animal because it made one sound got to the hotel. My service animal was quiet no problems afterwards other than losing an hour of work 3 o’clock in the morning when I got off of work and showed up to the hotel, the cable proceeded to be out and I had to fix that after I got done working

A smoke alarm went off twice in the middle of the night and the next night my wake alarm that wasn’t set by me went off at 6 AM. The staff was great.

Good stay!

Check in was good. My room was a king size bedroom. The room was clean but the cleaning staff need to dust the top of the desks and end table. Lots of dust! The area appeared safe and had many restaurants.

The property needs the hallway rugs cleaned. They were stained and smelly. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The temperature control was broken so you couldn't adjust the temp in the room.
