The first night was a comfortable sleep but second night was awful!!!! At 1am some drunk lads tried our door, which I know is not the staffs fault. I phoned the night team as there was then loads of talking below which to be honest sounded like the staff we had spoken to around 5/6pm!! When I phoned the talking stopped! The guy on the phone then came and knocked to say he's told them! Seconds later the talking began and i heard the guys below saying if she phones again i will f*cking sort them out!! DISGUSTING! I LEFT THE HOTEL AT 1.20am to drive 2 hours back home so i could finally sleep!
