Very basic and some flaws

Rooms are dated which we don’t normally mind for the price but, the shower was an old mira shower (looking it up from the late 80’s I believe) that had zero water pressure and ran out of hot water really quickly. The room door didn’t close properly it had about a centimetre of play when shut so rattled constantly with wind as the single glazing windows didn’t keep the weather out. Did have a laugh when we arrived that there was leaflets for celebrating 2022/2023 NYE when we were there for 24/25 When we arrived the front door is locked (we arrived just after 4pm) we were left out in the rain after ringing the ring door bell about 3 times someone did eventually appear but not a great start. It’s a cheap hotel, not the worst out there I imagine but I wouldn’t be rushing back and avoid room 11

Reasonable for the price

Stayed in a comfort suite. The pictures on the website suggested it would have a sofa in the tv room but our room (7) only had two uncomfortable dining style chairs so to watch tv while our little one was asleep we had to put a mattress on the floor. The heating was on full blast most of the day and night with only one of the 3 radiators having a working control so we had the windows open most of the time in December. Beds were reasonably comfy. Shower was terrible for water pressure but bathroom was quite nice, clean and modern. Lots of plugs including usb. The worst thing about the hotel is not its own fault, it’s next to a mental health care facility and their residents were out smoking most of the night shouting and singing about drugs. I’d say it would be a decent cheap hotel if in Blackpool for nightlife but not as a family. Staff were nice in our limited interactions with them

The hotel, was lovely and clean, the breakfast was out of this world all fresh. The service was brilliant. If you needed anything they got it for you. The only negative thing, is that there were not enough power points in the bedroom.

Great value for money.

Centrally located offering excellent value for money, both for the rooms and breakfast. Comfy beds and a well stocked bar for pre-Blackpool aperitifs. A few cosmetic improvements required in the bathrooms but the relatively new family ownership is moving in the right direction.

Krishna was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We had the family room which was very big. Breakfast was fab and served to us quickly.

Very nice. Could be better.

Very pleasantly surprised. The staff were lovely, the room was nice - only thing was all of the furniture was damaged. But the rooms and breakfast were lovely- perfect for a one night stay.

We had a nice stay and they made a lovely gesture of a birthday cake for my birthday! Well stocked bar very friendly staff , it was dated but for what they charge can’t complain it was clean and warm, the only thing I could say is that they need to replace mattress as could feel the springs and sunk into it. with bad back wasn’t very comfortable . I would return . Thankyou!
