We stayed here as a family for a night in November , the weather was awful and it was freezing cold however the hotel was great :-) The staff are friendly , the accommodation was very clean and welcoming and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about staying in Blackpool

Don’t think the staff are efficient as usually are Not very helpful on the admin side charged me to mutch for my stay there 286 pounds over the odds had to query it got it back now waiting for 50 pounds promised Friday I anded keys back now Wednesday and still not got it plus I nearly missed my train through not booking my taxi when asked so not happy at all won’t be going again

Our room was awful, very old fashion, bed was hard and lumpy, floor very uneven, curtains didn't fit properly, was very noisy where we were because of entertainment and people outside of our window could be heard constantly, the rooms not like advertised, we should of complained but I wouldn't let my husband complain at time, as didn't want any hassle, but we paid good money and we did shop around and based it on the pictures on the website.

Having checked in Friday the 1st of November for my daughters birthday everything was initially fantastic until the Sunday evening when we arrived for our evening meal to find somebody else sitting on the table we were allocated for our stay. We were stood in the dining area for 30 minutes before any of the staff bothered to sort our new table out Our new table had already been used by another family and was filthy dirty with used cutlery and dirty table cloth If it wasn’t for this then our stay would have been fantastic. We have stayed in this hotel before and have had no problems I’m undecided weather we will stay again. Hopeful it was a one off

Fantastic large suite room with seaview . Great breakfast and staff couldn’t do enough. Free parking and great value . Couldn’t recommend enough . Some wear and tear on carpet and decor .

Good location and friendly helpful check in staff. Show was good at night. Breakfast was good too apart from the waiting on staff who were just wandering around, one lady who appeared to be senior said several times someone will take our order.... but why she didn't i dont understand.

Stayed for one night with some friends booked 2 rooms - at check in they take £50 for each room saying it shows as a pending transaction but it does come out and up to now hasn’t gone back in - rooms on different floors - room ok bed the worse I’ve ever slept in and the bathroom you had to back in to use the toilet as so close to the shower cubicle Breakfast was ok - wouldn’t stay again

People were lovely. Very hard to find the excess £50 per night room charge refunded on departure. The room itself was extremely hot and the widow could only be cracked open as looked into a brick wall. Fans & air con unit were provided but were so noisy turned the poor air con off but left fans going all night. The parking charge of £19 per night was good but again not clear at time of booking & they took car keys at reception. The bathroom sink taps moved completely when turned on, I did report to reception.

Try somewhere else.
Loud music until midnight. If you're looking for somewhere to get some rest, pick somewhere else. Pictures from the room on the App are not true, not even close. You need to leave you car key at reception, and they pre-authorise 50 pounds in the check in for some reason (when you look the room, you won't understand why they pre-authosized). Well, for me it is a no-go. Good Luck!

Paid £60 to add on the evening meal for 2 adults 1 child. Food was basic and cold, not worth the money. Parking was an issue and then had to pay £10 to park which I wasn’t informed of at the time of booking. Room was nice, very warm, we all woke up with headaches. Room was a double and a single but very small, I would say more a single room / double at a push. Toilet was extremely small. Some staff pleasant, some need to learn to smile.
