Comfortable and good food
Nice people, good breakfast, cheap Bar and comfortable rooms. Closing down soon but would have used this place again.
I went to this hotel at the start of the main holiday season, so the hotel and nearby resorts were still quiet. It is a small hotel situated in a building that has been there for decades, so it does not have all the conve iences of a more modern building - e.g. no lift. Having made allowances for this aspect I made the most of things and really enjoyed my weekrnd stay. I definitely intend to go there again!

Overal! my two night stay was good. The hotel served a purpose as it was very near to the place I was visiting. The shower was weak and I could not get on the internet. The breakfast was very good and overall, I would say the hotel was good value
An amazing journey, there, during, and back. Everyone was so kind. I went to see Paul Weller, lead singer of THE JAM, and I met him. wowwwwwwwwwwwww. Broke my ankle on the last night but that just adds to the stories.

Okay B&B
Nice little b&b but maybe needs equipment upgrade, tv was broken, fan in bathroom was broken, shower was weak.
Stayed here for one night as I was taking part in Blackpool's ride the lights. Hotel is located right at the north of Blackpool near to Cleveleys. Hotel itself is very clean and the owners very pleasant and chatty. Stayed in room 3 which was a single room with its own ensuite. Very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Whilst I was staying their the hotel wasn't 100 percent full so very quiet and easy to sleep/relax in the room. Wi-Fi is excellent and is fast. I didn't have breakfast so cannot comment. Free parking at the front if the hotel is useful. Note the hotel is opposite where trams runs so you can walk to the tram stop to get into Blackpool. Takes around 15/20 mins. It's about a 10 minute drive to the tower area depending on traffic but don't try and walk as that takes about hour! Overall a pleasant stay.
whould stay again very good staff made you welcome

Alfie Boe concert break....
A small B/B on a busy road. Very handy for the trams to Blackpool or Fleetwood. We had a small but adequate ensuite bedroom with a sea view. Lovely welcoming landlady and her husband, very good breakfast. In need of updating here and there.
Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spot on. Would recommend, Ideal location for trams and away from the hustle and bustle of Blackpool centre. Will come back again.
I went to a conference near this hotel. The hotel was perfect. The location is right across the road from the sea. The room for one person was perfect. It was clean and had everything I needed. The bathroom was clean and ensuite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if another convention was close.
Was a convention stay and it was lovely and quiet . Free WiFi, clean beds ,plenty of tea coffee or hot choc and packet of biscuits. Area around -not much but the sea supermarkets and a chip shop but I didn't book for area , just closeness of my convention. Breakfast 8.30-9am is only thing I found that let's this place down because we had to be out before then and I love early brea fast but I would deffo stay again and there is a cafe round the corner .
