Memory Lane Mountain River Cabin

Welcome to Memory Lane Cabin! The cabin is on 2 acres, and is right on the Nottely River (30ft from the porch). You can tube down the river, or fish for rainbow trout right in the back yard. We are surrounded by the beautiful mountains of the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest and the cabin offers seasonal partial views. Waterfalls, hiking trails, downtown Blairsville, state parks, are all around 10 minutes or less from the cabin! Close to Helen and easy access to the cabin, NO steep driveway/road! This cabin's good location gets good marks from our customers. During your stay, you're just a quick walk from Chattahoochee National Forest. Features include 1 hot tub and an arcade/games room. The cabin offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

Excellent Family Cabin
We definitely made the right decision to stay at Memory Lane Cabin! We spent most of our time away from the home, however, the time we did spend there was very enjoyable! The place was clean and well stocked with basic home essentials. The owner was prompt with replying to my messages and most all the information we needed was in the cabin on the fridge and in the welcome book. We enjoyed the creek out back. Listening to the water was relaxing, though, the road is pretty close to the cabin so there is a bit of noise. We appreciated the fast WiFi and TV. My brother noted that there wasn’t any lamps so navigating to your bed at night may require a flashlight; there were night lights throughout. We used the game room the last night and it was a blast! Plenty for fun games to play. We saw a herd of deer one morning and a heron in the creek another. If in the area and available, this will be the first place we stay in the future. It was a pleasure!

Beautiful and very peaceful place, everything we thought it would be from sounds of river flowing through the rocks to the deer grazing in the field every evening. Definitely will stay here again! Property owners were very responsive!

Making memories at Memory Lane
We had a fabulous stay at this wonderful property. It checks all the boxes for sure. The views are beautiful, the river flowing in the backyard is soothing to the soul and listening to the water was something we thoroughly enjoyed just sitting on the back deck. The cabin is completely stocked with anything you could need one of the best I've ever stayed in, the kitchen has everything you could ask for. The game room is perfect for hours of fun. Plenty of room to spread out. One of the highlights for us was the fabulous hot tub on the deck we could relax in it and watch the river. We built a fire in the fire pit and made s'mores while watching a herd of deer grazing in the front yard it was stunning. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for us!!! We will be back!!!

Excellent property, comfy, great creek property, excellent communication with host. We were there during Hurricane Helene. Host stayed in constant communication. I would have liked property to have had a supply of necessitates in case of hurricane, like a wood and candles, since hurricanes or flooding is a common occurance during hurricane season. But i still give property and host a great review.

The property is very clean and the area is beautiful! The hosts were very helpful as well. Kitchen is well stocked and even had a crockpot. lol I had brought my own, so that was a pleasant little extra! The deer were everywhere and my son and his friend caught two small fish! Hot tub was very relaxing (I want one now-lol) and the game room was perfect for my son and his friends. The ping pong table and video game were the biggest hit. Perfect for all ages and a great little get away creating great memories for a lifetime!

This location was very peaceful. If you are a nature lover, then it's for you. Wonderful seeing the hummingbirds and deer. The river out back was very refreshing on a hot day. Best equipped kitchen, along with marshmallow/metal skewers for the fire pit.

The house was very nice, we all enjoyed our stay. The house has nice furniture and kitchen has everything you would need. The best part is the river in the back yard. We enjoyed hanging out on the porch and listening to the water. Another highlight is seeing baby deer every morning.

Quiet retreat
Loved the location on the river which you can enjoy 24 hours a day. Watching the tubers go past was fun also. Saw several deer in the fields each night. A very relaxing time away from the city.

Great spot in Blairsville
Great place to relax, sit on the covered porch and listen to the river and watch some tubbers drifting down the river. The place is clean, the bed is comfortable, the fishing is Great and right outside your door. Host is great and quick to respond to you to answer any questions you may have. Girls trip
There were five high school classmates who take an annual trip together and once again, we had a wonderful time. The property was easy to get to, central to destinations we wanted to visit and comfortable. It had all the necessary amenities we were accustomed to. The back porch was the highlight of our stay at the property. Listening to the rushing waters of the creek was very enjoyable even though there was road noise quite close. We did get to experience the herd of deer in the front yard. Would definitely book again.

Everything was perfect and exactly as advertised. The host was readily available for communication regarding a minor door lock problem. My only suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade to a gas BBQ grill and add grilling utensils. The plastic spatula from the kitchen was not sufficient.

River was wide and full. Porch was very inviting. I loved the sound of the wind chime. We had fun in the game room the first night and went to explore the surrounding area on the second day. Don't miss Helton Creek Falls. Its down a long dirt road but just keep going and there will be a parking lot and it is a short, moderate treck to the 2 decks overlooking the falls. Came back and enjoyed the hammock and firepit that evening. Beds were very comfortable for 6 adults. Although it was fun strategically stealing the 4 softer sitting spots from each other, adding a loveseat or cushioned bench to the living room would help for larger groups. We were a little early in the season to see the rhododendrons in full bloom, so I will be keeping this cabin saved in my app, for a future visit. I highly recommend this cabin. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Beautiful adventure
We absolutely loved this property. Such a peaceful place! We enjoyed the game room, the porch was perfect for morning coffee. We fished from the back yard and caught several trout. The kids tubed to the cabin and then further down. We saw birds, deer and even an eagle fly straight down the river. It was something for everyone to enjoy.

Cozy Cabin by the River
The cabin was homey, clad in classic wood paneling and floors. There was a fun game room. And a divine Hot tub. We didn't get a opportunity to experience the outside because it rained during our stay, but hopefully we will, as we definitely plan to return.
