Housekeepers knocking and opening residents doors
The stay was okay. It wasn’t my first time staying at Road Lodge Bloemfontein Airport and an unacceptable event keeps occurring no matter how many time you report to management. When sleeping in your room, the housekeepers keep knocking on your door, at times if they can’t hear you respond they actually open the door. I have reported this over and over but it keeps happening. The challenge is what happens when you are downstairs for your breakfast? Management please address this situation.

Great Friendly Service
For a entry level establishment the Roadodge was top notch on service - (breakfast was a bit packed given the event happenings) but what stood out was the friendly staff who went above and beyond... Thanks you guys you were Amazing.
