In the summer, guests can take advantage of a championship 18-hole golf course just outside their front door as well as multiple pools for the family to enjoy. The condo pool and basketball/tennis court is just steps away and can be seen from the master balcony. Guests also have access to the main Eagle Pointe pool -- with cabana bar and full-service restaurant. If swimming isn't your thing, there are multiple brand new pickleball courts, tennis courts and a basketball hoop for the kids. It is resort-like living in Bloomington, Indiana! During the Fall/Spring, play 18 holes of golf before heading into town to enjoy all the IU campus and surrounding area have to offer -- including two of the nation's best college sports programs in your IU football and basketball teams.
