After reading some reviews online I was nervous to stay here. There were a number of recent bad reviews that set the bar very low for me. I had a much better experience than anticipated! The staff was super friendly and very helpful, the room was clean, beds were comfortable. It's not the prettiest or most updated of places, but definitely not a bad place to crash after game day! Don't rule this place out.

It met our basic needs for a wedding weekend. However we had 2 rooms booked, one for my husband and I and one for my MIL. Our room did not had a fridge, hers did. We had to go down to front desk to request an ice bucket snd give out our room number for it as well. We struggled with the key cards not working as well but we managed. All in all we were comfortable so that was most important.

The property was okay it is an older hotel The only complaint I had was the price ($440/night). But for what it is and the date that it was (IU family weekend)we had no other choice.

The stay ok there were a few issues. The dead bolt was completely gone, the lock didn’t work when the door was closed, toliet leaked, the water pressure was not great for the shower.

The guy in charge of housekeeping ignores the do not disturb and comes in the room regardless. On one instance he only knocked and proceeded to key in and open door. I had advised the front desk that I was here for the week working at hospital overnights and needed rest during the day. 2 out of the three days I was awoken by this man.

You know what you're getting when you rent a property like this. The staff were great, they tried their best to make it a good stay. They had an ice machine, check-in was painless, and the beds were relatively comfortable. They actually serve breakfast in the morning, but it's minimal as expected. Again, they are trying. The overall building needs restoration and the bathrooms need remodeling. Other than that, I actually would stay here again if the price was right.

Yuck. Checked in and immediately said no we are getting another place. So uncomfortable being there felt very unsafe, as if rooms needed to be rented for an hour and not any longer. No no no no.
