Hotel was recently renovated but was cheaply done, new coat of paint over the old stuff, new carpet, and a few small updates. The bed was horrible, A/C would not stay on longer than 20 minutes before an error code would appear. Room still smelled like smoke. Was expecting a much nice hotel for the price we were charged considering it was marked up 4x the normal rate for being a race weekend

Our room was double booked and we got the last room available that was a single bed I stead of double and there were bugs in the bathroom and the room had a musty smell.

This hotel had the audacity to cancel my booking without notifying myself or hotels.com. I arrived for race weekend in Bristol to be told there was no room available. The greedy pigs had obviously realised they could resell my room for more money. With no other rooms available due to the event I was forced to sleep on the floor of a neighboring local who was at least good enough to invite me into their home.

Very expense for the amenities. The AC in the room did not work well. The light in the bathroom flickered all day/night even when turned off. The shower door did not close. It was extremely overpriced for what it was.

Okay price and convenient location. Floor was sticky, stains on the mattress and room smelled strong of mold. Really didn’t like the key entry locks being out of order on the exterior building doors. Didn’t feed very safe. The extra flip lock on our room door was also busted and didn’t prevent the door from opening.

Our room we booked was not available at first due to pet dander. We were downgraded to two queens and as soon as we walked into the room, roaches were crawling around. We were refused a refund and had no where else to stay on such short notice. Upon changing our rooms, it was a little better, but we didn’t feel safe and were dissatisfied with the customer service.
