Welcome to Robin 1 at prestigious Chetola Resort! All Chetola amenities included. Walking distance to Tanger Shoppes on the Parkway and Main Street Blowing Rock! No matter the reason for your visit, this is the perfect spot for your enjoyment of Blowing Rock and the surrounding areas.

After descending one short level from your designated parking, you will find a spacious two bedroom, two bath condo with large sliding glass doors that allow plenty of light into the main room. It has been newly updated with fresh decor and furnishings. The living room has ample seating with a leather reclining couch, two cozy swivel chairs, gas log fireplace, flat screen smart TV, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a meal, and the dining area looks out through the big bay window to the peaceful yard beside the unit. You can easily seat 4 people at the table. There's a sunroom off the living room that doubles as an office for digital nomads, equipped with a desk and two monitors for guests to hook their computer into.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, large closet, and an attached bath with a shower/tub equipped with a Nebla spa rainhead and handle. The second bedroom offers 2 Twin beds, large closet, and a separate bathroom with a shower/tub also equipped with a Nebla spa rainhead and handle. A washer/dryer can be found in the entryway closet. Through the sliding glass doors you will find a spacious, private patio with a table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Chetola is an upscale resort in the heart of downtown Blowing Rock. Most recently featured in Southern Living Magazine, Our State, and Garden and Gun, Chetola Resort offers endless amenities and is located within walking distance to all the Blowing Rock shops and restaurants, Moses Cone Manor, Bass Lake, and Tanger Shoppes on the Parkway. On location you will find a fully stocked lake for fishing or paddle boating, the newly installed disc golf course, indoor heated pool and jacuzzi, dry sauna, The Spa at Chetola, Bob Timberlake Restaurant and Lounge, fitness center, kid camps and programs, and playground. For a small additional expense, Chetola Resort also offers fly fishing clinics and guide services, event planning, and wedding venue.

This unit is located within steps to all Chetola Resort amenities, 26 miles of Moses Cone Manor and Bass Lake hiking, outlet shopping, and downtown Blowing Rock. This location is also central to Tweetsie Railroad, High Gravity Adventures, Linville Falls, Linville Caverns, Appalachian Ski Mountain and other area ski resorts, Grandfather Mountain, and Appalachian State University. IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This property and Chetola Resort are not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- This unit is on the bottom level and is accessed by about 8 total stairs.
- The owners of this home uses one security camera mounted above the entryway to monitor the exterior to ensure it remains safe when unoccupied. No cameras are aimed at the bedrooms, doors, or windows.

Additional Notes:

- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

- CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

The condo is lovely and quite large for a two bedroom. The location is fabulous but if you want to walk to town, you need to be willing to take a bit of a hike with steep hills on the return. From the condo to the stores is about 2 miles. I would be happy to stay there again in the future.
