Experience all that Bodega Bay has to offer with this centrally located, modern beach home, walking distance to Terrapin Creek, Roadhouse Coffee, the Marinas, Spud Point, Bodega Head Trail, and a 2-min drive (or 20-min walk) to Salmon Creek Beach. Surfing, hiking, boating, fishing, birding, horseback riding, whale watching enthusiasts along with foodies (freshly caught seafood, organic produce, local wines and cheeses haven!) and remote workers will love the chill and peaceful vibe of this small seaside town.
INTERIOR:

- The spacious, cozy living room is open to the kitchen and features a dining area (round table that sits 6 comfortably also has a hidden leaf for extension), a remote-controlled gas fireplace, a smart TV, and large windows to enjoy the natural sunlight.
- The kitchen is well stocked with Greenpan cookware, William Sonoma dishware and silverware, J.A. Henckels knives, and cooking utensils. It has a Ninja coffee maker, tea kettle, mini-waffle maker, toaster, Ninja blender, electric hand mixer, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, full-size refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, quartz counters, maple cabinets and ceramic tile finishes. We also offer salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices, coffee, flour and sugar.
- Sleeps 6 comfortably (6 ADULTS MAX) between the 3 bedrooms including the primary with a king size bed, one guest bedroom with a queen size bed, and another guest bedroom with two twin size beds that can easily be moved to make one larger bed. May fit up to 7-8 people if some guests are small children, but only the 3 beds will be provided.

NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:
Home is located off scenic Highway One, across from Second Wind, a toy and candy shop, Terrapin Creek Cafe, highly acclaimed for its cuisine, and Roadhouse Coffee shop. A short drive (or walk) will take you to the marinas with more great restaurants (including Gourmet au Bay, a wine bar, Ginochio’s Kitchen and the famed Spud Point Crab Company). At the very end of the road, you will find Bodega Head wit its majestic panoramic views, trails, and beach access.
Less than a minute drive in the other direction on Highway One will take you to the Bodega Bay Community Center, home to the Farmer’s Market on Sundays (from Memorial Day through October), Children’s Bell Tower and the Coastal Prairie Trail head (1.05 mile trail to Salmon Creek beach). If you continue north on Highway One, you will have many beautiful beaches to choose from including North Salmon Creek (1.8 miles), Carmet (3 miles), Schoolhouse (3.3 miles), and Portuguese (3.8 miles) to name a few of our favorites.
