Construida aproximadamente hace 100 años, es una casa típica rural, con sus pisos originales, donde cada rincón cuenta una historia: mesas rusticas en madera, herramientas de carpintería antiguas, pequeños detalles y fachada pintadas a mano, por el artista vergarense Santiago Beltrán. Cuenta con una vista privilegiada hacia el cerro de Teresa o Sautatumí, con avistamiento de aves, increíbles atardeceres y noches estrelladas, creando un ambiente propicio para alojamiento que también ofrece servicio de restaurante, con la gran ventaja de estar situado a la entrada del casco urbano.
