Charged for a tax that I have never been charged for as a tourist. I will take it up with the ministry of tourism so the hotel is investigated. I will also file a claim with credit card company so I get reimbursed and the merchant gets charged back.

Great place to stay and the staff (all of them) were amazing and helpful. Camilo in reception was excellent with help and communication. We had a baby and they were so accommodating and helpful, I will stay here 100 times again in the future.
