The place is good, there are lots of shops and dinning options around. Very good transportation.
The hotel is good for a short stay. The rooms are small and crammed, so would be just enough to stay for the night.
i was really happy with everything. The room, the staff, the attention. Everything was just perfect for me

Al llegar a hacer check in, no contaban con habitaciones y la actitud no fue nada agradable, simplemente "no, no hay habitaciones". Si no se tiene actualizada la disponibilidad no deberían usar este tipo de portales.

Unfortunately I have no idea. I called ahead to tell them I would be there after midnight and once I got there they told me there was no room available. They said the person who I spoke with never wrote anything down :/
Well, at least they recommended another hotel.

The only thing a I'm not happy about is that I could not was able to paid with my credit card they did not have the option at all just cash amd the rate was more than was on the contract and they did not approved it even I brought the confirmation #
Room was small but had everything I needed for my short stay in Bogotá. Numerous restaurants and coffee shops with local are nearby, as well as a nice, small mall within walking distance. Friendly and courteous staff.

The hotel had nice service. The manager andall the staf was amazing... the tv was so upset and without brbreakfast but was a nicee place...
El peor servicio porque apesar de haber realizado reserva no las.respetaron, no se pagaron antes xq no habia opción de pagarla,de tener la opcion lo hubiesemos hecho, y tampoco nos brindaron una solución, y todas las opciones que dimos se.obtuvo una negativa, ademas que no fieron empaticos con nosotros teniendo en cuenta que llegábamos de otra ciudad y no conociamos, además percibimos una actitud burlesca todo el.tiempo de la persona q nos atendio. No lo recomiemdo para nada.
Lastimosamente hice la reserva por medio de la plataforma y cuando estaba en el terminal me comuniqué para la respectiva llegada y me notificaron que la reserva si aparecía pero el hotel estaba lleno. Por tanto, quedé a la deriva buscando hotel.
La experiencia fue horrible, cuando llegamos a pesar de haber hecho la reserva por este medio y de que ellos nos confirmaron que si estábamos agendados no nos dieron nuestra habitación porque estaban llenos y nos querían enviar a otro hotel del mismo propietario donde nos cancelaban un transporte pero el resto lo debíamos costear nosotros.
Debido a que ya teníamos agendado este hotel todo nuestro itinerario era en los alrededores de este y no nos servía dicha opción por lo que tuvimos que salir a buscar otro hotel.
Lo peor es que esta situación la vivieron otros huespedes ya que al llegar allí a todos les decían lo mismo. Me parece el colmo que permitan reservas en el hotel y luego al llegar el huésped digan que no, que no hay habitaciones y nos envíen a otra parte.
