La peor experiencia.....quien reserve en este hotel se expone a quedarse en la calle.....cuando llegamos a hacer el checkin nos dicen que nuestra reserva no aparece y que no se explican como la Hotels.com la acepto.......y que nos debemos retirar porque no tienen habitaciones disponibles, pero lo mas extraño es que abro nuevamente la aplicacion para buscar un hotel cercano, y aparecen habitaciones disponibles en este hotel pero al doble del precio por el que reservamos, ademas la persona encargada hace una llamada donde solicita que se cancele por parte de ellos la reserva que supuestamente no existia.....
