This beautifully designed and decorated 3B/2.5B row home is just minutes from the very popular Village at Meridian. It's also very close to all of the shopping and dining along Eagle Rd. It's also very close to Redwood Park.

The kitchen is fully equipped (save $$ by eating in) and fenced back yard for your use exclusively!

The bedrooms are set up for maximum rest. Sleep like a rock in the comfy Queen bed in the master suite, the queen bed in the second bedroom with a twin bunk above, and two single beds in the third bedroom. There is also a queen sized sofa sleeper and full size futon in the living room. There is a full bathroom in the master and another full bathroom for the other two rooms as well as a half bath off the living room for guests.

This home is located in a super chill neighborhood off of Ustick Rd! So if you are looking for privacy, this is the place for you.

The open floor plan is great for relaxing or entertaining guests. Enjoy cable, Apple TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+ included for no extra charge! Please note that the garage is locked and not included with this rental.

Nice place, 3 bedrooms
There are plenty of beds and couches there, but the 4th room is the living room. But it works well because of the 1/2 bath downstairs, just be prepared to clean up in the morning because it’s also the only public area. We were fine with it and enjoyed our stay.

Clean place to stay, bedroom description not accurate
Clean, great location and close to everything. The check-in process was easy, however there was no book with instructions for the tv, streaming passwords, etc. This property comfortably sleeps 4 people max. The couch is sunken in, the queen bed in the master bedroom is sunken in in the middle, the top bunk of the bunk beds has no side rails on either side and is sitting on top of a piece of plywood (no one could safely sleep up there), and 1 of the twin beds had visible springs that could also be felt when laying on it. We ended up moving the twin mattress from the bunk bed and putting it on top of the twin bed. Overall not super satisfied with the quality of the beds; and we’re not very picky people.

First the description says a 4 bedroom 3 bath, there were only 3 bedrooms. The bedroom with the bunk bed was unsafe it was wobbly the top bunk was supported with plywood, we took the mattress off and put it on the floor to use. The sheets and pillow cases were stained dirty and did not smell clean, no extra toilet paper and no key to get in from the garage to the house so we had to walk around. I’ve been to many Airbnbs usually there’s a book about the host and the home and things to do with a welcome card but not this one. We came from Washington and thought we had 4 bedrooms, only to have to sleep in the living room and no extra bedding.

Great stay overall
Nice little row home, clean, and in a great location for visiting my family. Had an issue with the garage door opener and management was a little slow to respond hence the 4 star rating. But would definitely stay there again. Kitchen did not include dish cloths or dish towels.

Great for groups
This was the perfect house for several families to join together, plenty of beds and space for visiting. Miner inconveniences: not enough drinking glasses, no paper towels or napkins, not enough coat hangers. Otherwise really nice.

A Disappointing Stay
The online description definitely did not match the actual house; the description mentioned two queen beds upstairs and one room with a bunk. Instead we found the master with a Full, a room with a bunk, and a room with two twins. The house was clean, but the change in beds definitely impacted our stay.

Great Experience
Our apartment was too small to host my mother-in-law and stepchildren, so we rented this house for two weeks. The space was phenomenal and there wasn’t anything the company couldn’t or didn’t address via a quick text message. The home was stocked with everything we needed and felt very welcoming. The backyard was great for our dog and even though the neighbors are close the fence made it feel very private. Having a private garage was also great because parking in front of the house it’s not an easy task as most of the parking in front of the house is taken. . Great experience!

This house was the perfect setting for our family. It seemed like we had been the first residents on some time though as there were lots of cobwebs and no coffee filters. We would stay there again though because it’s nice and convenient!!

Lovely, cozy home in fabulous location
We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay in a wonderful, clean home that allowed our fur babies (dogs) to stay with us. The home is located in a great location, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and walking distance to a dog park as well. The neighbors are quiet and nice. We stayed for three months, very comfortably. Thank you to the owner for opening up this lovely home to families in need.

Nice stay for a girls’ weekend
This property was great. It was clean overall. There were a few basic things missing like toilet paper and salt. However, as soon as we contacted the property manager, they immediately brought the requested items. They were easy to work with. The location is in a quiet neighborhood close to stores and anywhere you need to go. We had a great weekend and would stay again. Thank you!

Review of Arch Street Boise, a sad house that could be a GEM
Thanks to Chris who was very helpful with our questions about the TV. This house is about a 1 and 1/2 stars overall. In order to bring this up to a 4-5 stars, may I suggest the following: 1, CLEAN THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS - they were dirty (kitchen cabinets covered with spills, countertops were greasy, stove top was a mess,,..bathrooms had hair on the mirrors, the sinks were not clean and the drawers had used Q-tips and hair in them. Yuck!) 2. Provide DECENT silverware and enough to be able to serve the number you say the house sleeps. AND stock the place with the minimum of baking essentials for a week long stay. 3. Provide pillowcases for the extra pillows in the house. We found the pillows but no cases for them. 4. Provide tissues - we had to use toilet paper. 5. One of the bathrooms did not have all the bath products in the stick on container in the tub. 5. The master bedroom bed needs a new bedspread...the current one is pretty beat up. We ;are coming back to Boise in the spring and would stay here again, ONLY if the place is cleaned up.

This was my first time to rent property with VRBO. I had never rented a house before so I was expecting it to have everything it said it had. There was no hair dryer, and when I let the owner know, we had 2 new hair dryers delivered to the house within 30 minutes. There was also no shower products - no soap, shampoo or conditioner in either bathroom, so be prepared with your own. Overall, the house was fine. We had 3 big, tall boys (all 6'3"-6'5") and the beds are pretty small. Would be great for a family with small, younger kids!!
