Lacking in service.
We checked in after a long day of driving. At check in the young man insisted my 71 year old husband go back out in the rain to get the exact license plate number. Most places accept the state, make and color of the vehicle. Nope, not here! When we got to our room it was a hunt to find the toilet paper in the bathroom. After several minutes of searching we found the empty holder up under the counter. My husband went to inform the front desk that the bathroom had no toilet paper so the young man handed over a single roll and told him to install it himself. I had to go back to the front desk for a blanket. Apparently they don’t have a blanket on the beds at this hotel.

Really fabulous hot breakfast. However, the hotel gives the feeling of being understaffed. The staff that exists is doing their best, but pull out couch was old and in disrepair and bathroom was the style that floods easily when people shower.

When we needed new towels we were told that they can't help us. The timing didn't work for them. Our trash was overflowing and towel were wet and on the floor and we had the worst service. This staff is the worst staff ever.

Orbitz website said that my 19 yr old daughter driving home from college could check in here but they denied her room because she didn’t have someone over 21 yrs old. This was very inconvenient and we had to scramble to find a different hotel at the last minute. Not impressed at all that a LEGAL ADULT can’t get a damned hotel room!!
