The room was satisfactory but could of used a little more cleaning the vanity sink in bathroom was plugged and drained very slowly. Was disappointed that dish soap for hand washing food containers and plates was not provided. The room was comfortable but had better at other hotels. We will not book here again in the future.

We stayed 10 nights. Was great to have 2 rooms and a living room etc. for the most part we were left alone. I was bummed the pool was inside because I love an outdoor pool. But I still enjoyed it. At check in there was only one gal who was very sweet but seems like she could have used help. Over all great stay.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room wasn’t very clean and there was only one elevator working due to the others needing repairs. Very inconvenient for that large of a hotel.
