The only thing I really didn't like was the fact that we had turned the air conditioning and the heater off and there was still a continual cold fan running. Other than that everything was great..... Super duper

The hotel was great. The breakfast was really good and I loved having 3 beds in the room. More hotels should offer this. I will definitely stay here the next time we are in Boise. Close to food and shopping and easy to get to from the freeway.

VERY nice property. Very clean and new with everything being well thought out and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. They have a great little lobby with a small bar, coffee and food. Staff was great.

We enjoyed our stay, all the staff was phenomenal! Especially the breakfast staff! There was one staff member at nights that was sent as friendly. But that didn’t affect our stay. Beds we’re comfortable, pool was nice, great temperature for the family to play! Hot tub was nice! good breakfast with lots of options to pick from!

Clean and quiet property with a heated outdoor pool! This is our second time staying here. I love how friendly the employees are, and how incredibly clean they keep all areas of the hotel. Heated pool is such a great feature!

This is the third time we have stayed in the Presidential suite. It’s close to Kalispell and we don’t mind the drive to Glacier from here. I will say that the noise from the elevator takes some getting used to while trying to sleep. We also had a big storm and power outage, but that’s no fault of the hotel. Staff is always helpful. We will stay again!

They had canceled our reservation by mistake since we did not show up on the first day even though I had paid for 3 nights and were only staying 2. I had called them prior to let them know and also checked in online but when we arrived they had canceled. Luckily the manager was able to get us a room even though they were sold out and refunded me the first night that we didn't stay. Great breakfast with several options. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. I appreciated that our room had a small sectional couch instead of a chair like most hotels. It’s nice having somewhere to lounge other than the bed. The breakfast was also delicious and the dining area was very nice. Staff was always there keeping things tidy and replenished. If we ever come back to Idaho, we will definitely stay here again!

Comfy bed! Nice room. Kids running hall from 10 pm until fire alarm went off at midnight… alarm turned off, called front desk no answer. Would have been an excellent stay minus the ruckus.
