First time to Boise and we decided to stay here. Jessie checked us in and she was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. It’s next to everything you could need. It was comfortable, clean, very quite, calm atmosphere and we will definitely stay here the next time we’re in town.

Good last-minute choice on a weekend night
I just needed a night in Boise while I was passing through, a last-minute decision. I wasn't familiar with the hotel, but saw that it was near REI, where I have shopped over the years, and knew how to get there and that the traffic situation wasn't like downtown.

TV did not work, pool had cloudy water and bugs at the bottom (indoor pool) and lights by bed did not work. Fourth floor hallway carpet reeked of powder refreshener so much that it bothered my asthma. Will not be back there ever!

Everything was very well maintained. Parking was great and I had a trailer. Breakfast needs help. They ran out of bread, eggs, cups, flatware, cups and napkins. The eggs tasted phoney and were watery on the plate. They need more help in the kitchen
