The worst experience of my life
The stay was the worst I have ever experienced The first room had Black mold around the Shower Tub, and on the Ceiling,I complained and was moved to another room. I want to take a shower after a long trip, I turned on the Faucet and Brown Rust came out of the faucet that put the nail on the coffin. I have pictures of evidence that the bedding was not cleaned and had not been changed We packed up and checked out. Although we had paid for 3 nights I didn’t care I wanted out of there. The two nights there was the worse Experience I had ever experienced I got no rest and very little sleep The room were very noisy you could hear the elevator running up and down. The worst experience of my life

Gross!! You get what you pay for.
The check in staff were kind and helpful. I had to move rooms due to a light switch being broke, and a track light wouldn’t shut off. 1st room WASN’T great. The next room was dirty, hair on the shower curtain, and on the sink, not sure what was on the ceiling and bathroom door jam, and behind the toilet-gross. The chair had multiple stains. No hot water to shower, super fast shower. I slept in my coat with my blanket cause the heat didn’t work. Told the front desk upon checkout, said they’d let maintenance and management know. You get what you pay for. I’ll be paying the extra $100 or whatever it is to stay elsewhere.

The staff consisted of only one person. I was on hold for over thirty minutes before I was helped with what I needed. The hotel doesn’t have recycling. Although hotels.com says that the hotel has customer laundry facility, that isn’t the case.

part 1 of my review of the red lion
It decentlyly was not the room that I booked on line. SO lets make this clear NOT KID FRIENDLY. 21 and over only. I took my kids to see a friend and do some business I ordered online. i was running late we got there at 2 am. all I had was $300 cash rough week and I had 2 of my kids with me my card wasn't working she said pay when I leave ok now this is where the story starts. First the motel was creepy then bathroom shower had no knobs pretty sure the water was shut off to phone not connected to front desk I mention the bathroom no one knew had it happened but I can take shower in the room across the hall I would not let my daughter out of my sight period I smoked on the balcony had too no way I was leaving my kids in the Idaho version of the cecial hotel. then she said she talked to maintenance well she said they'll be there at 9am ok I said but its already 9 30 I really didn't care I drove hours I just wanted a shower. that when we showered across the hall we took off to visit friends and family. Then we came back5 hours later room was hot as hell. and nothing was done. We weren't there but 20 min "the maintnce man" showed up he knocked no key no tools very cute said I don't how this happened we kinda talked he left I went outthe balcony to smkoe look down I got one boises local car shoppers looking in my SUV which is full high end clothes that's my business I find nice stuff and sale to 2nd hand shops it was sunday so we had to wait till Monday to meet some of the loc

The room door had trouble closing and appeared to be damaged. I had to really slam the door to get it to shut. Hotel really needs an update, the smell and interior lobby looked very outdated. Room was comfortable and clean enough. Balcony provided a great view of downtown Boise.
