Tough to Park, but great location
Loved the location of the hotel. Lots of restaurants and a beautiful city to walk around. Parking is tough. Parking Garage is tiny, cramped and dark. Could not find parking spots. Just gave up and used Valet.

I consider the Grove hotel an upscale hotel in downtown Boise in a beautiful location. The valet parking was excellent. The restaurant was excellent. The operator Molly was wonderful. And the engineer and bellhop that came to our room were very kind and helpful. The front desk staff was snooty. And even after moving rooms, our hotel room was not cool enough for a good nights sleep. The rooms were not as luxurious as I expected. And there was garbage in the hall outside our room when I arrived. Overall… Not the experience I was expecting.

For the price of the room per night, it wasnt worth it to us. The beds are terrible. The comforter on the bed had stains on it, not sure what it was. The front desk staff, besides maybe one person, wasnt very friendly. The Valet staff was the most friendly. The AC units are terrible, the room was hot all the time. Just overall, not at all worth the price of admission.
