The house, located in Borgo Panigale neighborhood and surrounded by greenery, is located within an exclusive area that features a shared garden with another unit. The entrance opens onto a hallway that leads to the living area consisting of a sitting room with two comfortable sofas facing the TV and a dining table, and an open kitchen equipped with all amenities including an oven, a dishwasher and an espresso coffee machine.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: one with two single beds and two with a double bed.
Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout.

Free wifi, washing machine, air conditioning and heating will be provided in the accommodation.

The large outdoor area, furnished with a dining table and a few rocking chairs, allows guests to enjoy the outdoors on sunny summer and spring days.

There is ample private parking for guests and a fast electric charging station for free use.
