Sehr geehrter Gast, es tut mir sehr leid, dass Sie ein schlechte Erfahrung im Hotel Greif machen mussten. Für ein unsauberes Bad gibt es auch keine Entschuldigung. Hygiene ist ein absolutes Muss und wird auch bei uns groß geschrieben. Nur schade, dass Sie sich nicht direkt vor Ort beschwerten, denn wir hätten ihnen nämlich sofort das Zimmer gewechselt und die entsprechenden Maßnahmen einleiten können.
