This second story unit with 14 ft vaulted ceilings, 2 bedrooms/bathrooms and all the modern amenities you'll ever need for your next fun filled, relaxing get-away. Enjoy the stunning lake and golf course views from the large master bedroom or the full panoramic view from the spacious living area that features 12 ft sliders that open completely onto your private lanai.

The master ensuite bathroom features double sinks, a linen closet, walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. Your guests will enjoy the second bedroom located at the front of the unit, including their own large bathroom with tub/shower. A pull-out, queen sized bed in the living room ensures comfortable accommodation for up to six.

Kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast bar, washer/dryer and all the latest technology comforts including flat screen HD TVs, Cable, DVR, High Speed WIFI internet, and entertainment center including access to your Netflix account. Located just a few steps from the front door is a heated pool/spa and grilling area.

Spring run is a gated, country club community conveniently located between Fort Myers and Naples, in the award wining community of The Brooks. Spring Run features a 72 par private championship Golf Course, perfect for any level of player. An optional Golf & Country Club membership transfer fee gives you and another person unlimited, full access to the driving range, putting green and all the amenities of the newly renovated full service Country Club. Additional green fees apply. If vacationing between May and October you will benefit from the opportunity to play for cart fees only at any one of the 40 golf courses in the area, under the reciprocal program.

Excellent Spring Run location

This condo is close to the Spring Run entrance and just steps away from the community pool. The owner and property manager were both very responsive.

Just what we needed

Communication before we arrived was very good. We were able to get into the property with no problems. The condo was just what we needed and in an ideal location for us - 10 mins from where our daughter lives. It was clean and well presented and had all that we needed, including beach items. The condo was also very close to the lovely swimming pool, which we made us of most days. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in this area.
